A native New Yorker, Robin Wertheimer has been practicing Law in the New York State Courts since the late 1990’s. By trade, Robin Wertheimer is a Personal Injury and Maritime Litigator. During the course of many years litigating, she represented parties in their divorce. She found the litigation process both emotionally and financially draining for both parties. This experience led her to a firm conviction that mediation offers a way for parties to retain much of what is lost in litigation, including money, sleep, and the remnants of what brought both parties together in the first place, prompting her to undergo training as a mediator.
